Let Love Bloom with Aisle Society

    January 17, 2018

It’s time for Indie Wed again! What’s that you ask?! Just one of the coolest, most unique wedding events that I’ve ever seen in the Chicago area. Any brides or grooms who are looking to unique inspiration for their big day, NEEDS to check out this show. It’s ah-mazing (and you’ll also be supporting small, independent businesses)! I was totally one of those brides who didn’t want to go to any wedding expos because they didn’t feel special to me. Looking back, I wish I would have known about Indie Wed because it was exactly what I was craving all along! It’s the ultimate, alternative wedding expo for all our really rad brides (2018 info below).

    The Lounge

Last year, I was asked to model for the Aisle Society team…and I was so excited!! Laura was actually supposed to model with me, but ended up catching an awful stomach bug (I felt so bad). We were both really bummed because it would have been so fun to experience together! We’re keeping our fingers crossed for another opportunity. 🙂

Aisle Society took over the entire 3rd floor of the event center and transformed it into a lounge where guests could relax in between visits with vendors. Such a fun idea! And the theme of the space was Let Love Bloom. When you walked in, it looked like you’d entered a beautiful garden that just brightened your day immediately. It may have been winter outside, but spring was definitely in the air that day! Keep scrolling to see all the beautiful photos from last year’s lounge, and don’t miss out on this year’s event! We can’t wait to see what the vendors have in store for for our 2018 brides.
